Can my dog chew on the tennis ball?
The tennis ball incorporated in the BallAlong is a standard tennis ball and can be used as such.  However, under no circumstance should you leave your dog unsupervised during use. If the ball is damaged, torn etc., please dispose of it immediately.

Does BallAlong come in different sizes?
Not yet, but soon! We are in the process of developing sizes that are suitable for small, medium, and large dogs.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible.  Please allow 1-2 days for order processing as well as an average of 2-7 days shipping time. Tracking numbers will be updated 1-2 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you do not receive a tracking number after 4 business days, please email us at ballalongstore@gmail.com.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money back guarantee. You have 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include a name and order number on the returned parcels.  Please note, your refund will not be processed until the product is received.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order as long as it's submitted before the order ships.  If the item is already en route, please use our easy return process for a full refund.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or input an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and provide the correct shipping address or send an email to ballalongstore@gmail.com. The correction must be provided within 24 hours of order placement. No refund will be given after 24 hours of incorrect submission. 

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary, as we do ship worldwide via multiple fulfillment centers based on destination.  Average shipping time is 3-10 business days.
